Domi is a property verification platform for the Dutch real estate market. We believe in transparency and clarity. When you use Domi, you can focus on what matters - understanding your property. Below you'll find our terms in clear, understandable language.

1. Who is who? #

When you read "you" or "your" in these terms, we mean you as a user of Domi.

When you read "we", "us", or "Domi", we mean Domi, the property verification platform registered in the Netherlands.

  • Service: The Domi platform at domicheck.ai
  • Property check: A successful retrieval of property information

2. What does Domi do? #

Domi provides a platform for retrieving property information from official Dutch databases:

  • Kadaster: Property ownership and registration information
  • BAG: Basic Registration of Addresses and Buildings
  • KvK: Chamber of Commerce business registration data
  • AI-powered insights: Intelligent property analysis and neighborhood information

3. What do we expect from you? #

To use Domi, you need to:

  • Create an account with accurate information
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Keep your login details secure
  • Let us know immediately if someone else accesses your account

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

4. How does pricing work? #

Our pricing is simple and transparent:

  • €1.87 per successful property check
  • No charge for failed searches or errors
  • Monthly billing via Stripe
  • No subscriptions, no hidden fees

All prices are in Euros and include VAT where applicable.

5. What can you use Domi for? #

You may use Domi for:

  • Personal property research
  • Professional real estate verification
  • Business property assessment
  • Legitimate research purposes

You may NOT use Domi for:

  • Harassment or invasion of privacy
  • Fraud or illegal activities
  • Mass data scraping

6. What are we responsible for? #

We (including Domi Check B.V.) are not liable for:

  • Temporary unavailability of external databases
  • Inaccuracies in data from official sources
  • Indirect damages from using the service

Our maximum liability is limited to what you've paid us in the past 12 months. Domi Check B.V. is not liable for any damages.

7. How do we handle your data? #

Your privacy is important to us. For details on how we handle your personal data, please read our Privacy Policy.

All data is processed in accordance with GDPR.

8. How do you stop using Domi? #

You can stop using Domi at any time by contacting us. When you stop:

  • Outstanding payments remain due
  • Your access will be revoked
  • Your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy

9. Can we change these terms? #

Yes, we may update these terms. When we do, we'll let you know via email or a notice on the website. If you keep using Domi after changes, you accept the new terms.

10. How do we resolve disputes? #

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
